ABOUT THE VENUE

'The Brickmakers Live Music Venue' is a 300 capacity venue that present bands 7 days a week, of all genres. The stage itself is two tiered, 8m wide x 4.15m deep. There is a dressing room available at the rear of the stage and there is double fire doors into the main band room for easy load in.

The Venue uses state a of the art DMX lighting control system which is wired straight into a computer hard drive. All lights are controlled using the DASLIGHT software. Installed are 18 PAR 64 lamps using various color gels. There are four Junior Scanners mounted on the back stage trussing and 8 mobile colour spots. There are two GLP YPOC Robo color wash movers at the front conners of the stage and of course a MArtin Hazer to provide that all important atmosphere. There is also a Dry Ice Machine available, but 24hr notice is required if you wish to use it. All lights & machines are fully controlled at the mixing console by DMX and can be controlled by our own engineers or (after a brief demonstration) by your own technicians.
